After reading so many great things about the Ocean View Take-Out online we knew we had to check it out when we were on Deer Island last week. We shared a Clam Platter and a large Fish & Chips. Both were delicious but the clams, omg ...sooo good!!! We were definitely not disappointed!!! We ate our meal at one of the tables available on the deck from where we also enjoyed the beautiful view. Although we didn't try the Steak Sandwich we heard good things about it as well. The person enjoying this one was kind enough to let me snap a picture of what he had left. It looks amazing ... definitely something to try next time!!!

If you ever visit Deer Island, don't forget to grab a bite here. It's a pleasant outdoor spot. The food is great! I had the fish and chips, and the fried clams are to die for. Definitely coming back!!

It's a take out window with an Ocean View Deck. Excellent food, Large portions, excellent kids menu. Best Burgers I've had. I have eaten there 5 times and every time I go there. Veer Left, like you are going to the docks, it's just past the docks around the bend.

This was a proper feed of fish and chips, at a proper location beside the sea! This meal was amazing! The weather was also a proper summer day! Great job to the crew!

Stumbled on this awesome takeout with ocean view outdoor seating. A real hidden gem! Some of the best fish and chips Ive had since Bar Harbour Maine. Nice large portions also, well worth the trip to Deer Island.

Delicious food. Large portions - our family of four ordered fries with each of our orders and we would have been fine with two! I had the fish and chips and it was delicious. My wife had the Mozza Burger and she RAVED about how good it was. Kids enjoyed their food as well. Great view from the porch.
